The Downtown Minyan is a vibrant, warm, innovative, and growing Jewish community in downtown Manhattan dedicated to cultivating purpose-driven Jewish living for young adults.

About us

Since 2016, we have been providing a Jewish home for young people in downtown Manhattan. Led by Rosh Kehillah (community leader) Mijal Bitton, we aspire to live out our Jewish values in the modern world as a spiritually uplifting, intellectually engaging, outward looking, and radically welcoming community.
